First Scene:  The shot opens on The Victim walking  her dog   down   at dusk  and pans back  over The Stalker’s shoulder to reveal The Stalker  watching  The Victim  as the first lyrics flow in the background: “You’re mine .” Second Scene:   The camera will cut to a closer shot of the Victim as she fixes her dog’s  collar,  and a stick of lip stick will  be noticeable in her pocket.  The lyric in the background of this is, “Your lips belong to me.” Third Scene:   This will have the  c amera zoom in on the lipstick falling out of the Victim’s pocket and end on a  close up  of the lipstick on the floor.  The lyric in the background of this is , “Yes, they belong to only me.  For Eternity.” Fourth Scene:   The scene will switch to The Victim unlocking and walking through her door.  After The Victim walks out of the camera’s view, a long shot will reveal The Stalker watching her from the elevator.  “You’re mine, my baby.” Fifth Scene:   After a jump cut transition, the shot opens to a two

  Props:    The stalker will carry  a   Polaroid  Camera,  have a serial killer wall of pictures of the victim ,  and fake blood will be on the stalker’s face at the end of the video.   The victim will have their phone out in one scene ,  a  dog on a leash in another, h eadphones , and a coffee in two other scenes.   Costumes:   The stalker will wear a r ed hoodie, long jeans,  and  gym shoes  in all scenes. The victim will wear   T-shirts, jean shorts, sweatpants, workout shorts, tank top, gym shoes, fuzzy socks ,  and  sandals.   Schedule:   On  11/16/21  our group  established a thorough plan including  props, costumes, schedule, locations, and backup measures.   On 11/18/21 our group will storyboard  the first  half of the music video ’s scenes.   On 11/19/21 our group will storyboard the second half of the music video’s scenes.   On 11/ 22/21 our group will meet to  record and film shots for the music video.   On 11/23/21 our group will meet to record and film more shots for the m

The song we are doing is  We Belong Together  by Ritchie Valens . This song falls  in  the 50s era of blues-rock.   - These songs are typically slower and more personal.  Fewer instruments are  used,  and  the songs tend to bring the audience down instead of up.   - The edits in these videos have little variety, using almost  entirely action-match shots and jump cuts. Additionally, p anning back and forth is common in this style.   - The  numerous  props in these music videos consist mostly of musical equipment such as drum sets and speakers.    - Usually in the past   actors in these videos  would wear suits and other formal wear with  coiffed hair.  This gave  the  actors a professional and attractive look.     Conventions and Codes:   1. Considering the times, being in the 50’s, these music videos were mostly in black and white due to the f ilming equipment. This gives the songs a vintage feel, as well as a more muted mood.   2.
